Our pledge to our customers:
(1) We will service your Carriage Imports purchase at no charge (maintenance checkup, lubrication, brake check) any time you bring it to an event at which we are present as a vendor, or to our location in Central Virginia. Please give us plenty of notice so we can make sure we have all parts and tools on hand. We travel with a full trailer and do not carry parts and all tools unless we have advance notice, to keep things a bit more manageable.
(2) Carriage Imports LLC will credit the full price of any used vehicle previously purchased from us*, towards your next order of a new vehicle. Let us help you move up as your pleasure or competitive driving needs change!
*assuming no substantial wear or major damage
